No notice is needed, you can come the same day with things and start storing them. We do not charge for reserving units.

NO, but you must guarantee that you are not going to store items whose possession is punishable by law, such as flammable or explosive products and items with short expiry periods or perishables.
Each client has a personal PIN access code to the building, so only you or the people you authorize can access your space.
The office and reception hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 17:00 h. Access to the warehouses for customers extends to 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, depending on the type of access contracted.
Office hours are the hours where ExtraSpace staff is available to you. During these hours we will assist you in whatever we can. Access hours are those that you have contracted to access your unit.
There is no minimum period. Standard contracts last a month but if you want a shorter period please consult with our reception staff. You can rent a storage unit for the period you want, but you have to let us know if you don’t want the contract to renew a week before its automatic renewal. If you are unsure please ask us.
You need a form of identification with a photograph, in the case of a company, power of attorney that authorizes you to sign on behalf of the company.
Yes our car park has space for 40 vehicles, we have 3 loading docks and carts and pallet trucks to move your goods.
We ask that you notify us with a week’s notice before the contract renewal.
One of our maxims is flexibility, so you can reserve your space at the moment you need it, by e-mail or calling 902 87 72 72. You can also go directly to the building with your things and while you unload and transfer, we make the contract. It will only depend on the availability at each moment.
Yes, the deposit corresponds to one month’s rent, and it is returned at the end of the contract, within a maximum period of 30 days.
There is no maximum time, you set it when you no longer need it. We only ask you to let us know one week in advance.
Yes, you can request new sizes as your needs require.
NO, this service is excluded from the Urban Lease Law and the General Deposit Law.
