It’s very easy! You can come to the office to sign the contract, or we can handle everything online and over the phone. You can sign your contract from anywhere using any touch screen device.
We only need you to send us a photo ID, along with your contact details, and we will send the contract to your email for you to sign. Payment can be also made by phone, so no problem!

Yes, a one-month deposit is required upon signing the contract. It is fully refundable at the end of the rental period within a maximum period of 30 days. It’s normally returned the very same week that you empty the unit and the contract is cancelled.

Our contract is MONTHLY and renews itself automatically month to month. It can be canceled with just two weeks' notice before the end of the period. The minimum stay period is just ONE month, with no longer commitment than that—very simple and easy!

Insurance coverage for your belongings is an additional service that is mandatory. The value of clients' belongings varies in each case, and only the clients know the true value of they store. The minimum value to insure is €1,500, and the monthly cost is only 4 € VAT included. You can also insure for a higher value; feel free to check with us rates and conditions.

Cancelling your contract is even easier than renting your storage unit. We just need you to inform us in writing 15 days before the contract is renewed. Once the storage unit is empty and unlocked, let us know. We Will check the unit, cancel the contract and proceed with the return of your deposit.

Most of our clients prefer to set up automatic bank payments such as Direct Debits, standing orders or make a monthly transfer. We also accept payments by credit / debit card (at the office or over the phone), and payment in cash or Bizum.

Of course you can! You can change your storage unit whenever you need to, as long as there is availability at that time. If there isn't, we will notify you as soon as one becomes available so you can make the change. It will not cost you anything, and all the paid rent will be used for your next rental period or can be returned to you if you wish so.

The office and reception hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Access to the storage units for customers is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, depending on the type of access contracted.

Office hours are when ExtraSpace staff is available to assist you with anything you need. Access hours refer to the times you are contracted to access your unit.

There is no minimum period. Standard contracts last for one month, but if you need a shorter period, please check with our staff at the reception.
